After carefully examining the goods supplied to our order No. 137/JT.03 of 20 May, we must express our dissapointment at the quality of the goods. The goods you sent doesn’t match the samples you showed us when we met before. Some of them are so poor, and we believe that there must have been some mistake in making up our order.
